Castle Coaching Consultancy was established in 2026 upon graduation from the Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching. After more than a decade building and leading winning teams with a reputation for high performance and strong culture in corporate America, the catalyst for the formation of CCC were countless unsolicited suggestions to form a private LLC from clients, teammates, colleagues and customers alike.

wHY the name “castle”?

Our two sons, Declan and Ronan were born in Chicago in 2017 and 2020 respectively. We would try to instill work ethic, the keeping of commitments and the adherence to world class basics in their infant years, just as my father, Sean (who we lost to a glioblastoma in 2025) had done with me as a child.

As pre – schoolers, we devised a plan to create a “bouncy castle” rental company that the three of us would run in and around Chicagoland, offering smiles, positivity, punctuality and above all else, the keeping of our commitments. “Cormacs’ Castles” never came to be, but to this day, every night as the boys are tucked in, the pair of them recite the following back to me:

“at Cormacs’ Castles we keep our commitments and keep our business”

My executive coaching and consultancy business is named “Castle” as a tribute to the concept of “Cormacs’ Castles, the figurative ideal it represents and above all, the commitment to giving your word and keeping it.
