Patrick moved to America from England on a sporting scholarship at 18 years of age, taking on early leadershsip responsbility as team captain. Following his Masters, Patrick entered the Medical Sales industry, winning multiple awards and coaching others to many more. Patrick has been in senior managerial positions since his late twenties and by 38 became a Director in corporate America.
Patrick is the proud holder of a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching in London, UK.
Having grown up in Plymouth, UK, Patrick now splits his time between the DFW Metroplex and the Gulf Coast of Florida with his family.

Alicia Cormac

With a degree in Business Administration from Indiana University, Alicia has spent the majority of her career across a breadth of roles in the cosmetic and fashion industry.
Alicia is operational lead at Castle Coaching Consultancy, with responsibilty for the day-to-day running of the company.
Outside of her career, she is a proud mother to her two boys, Declan and Ronan.
